Responsibilities
Process and issue Certificates of Insurance in a timely manner
Handle endorsement and policy change requests
Submit loss run requests and manage follow-up communications
Assist in preparing insurance recommendations and summaries
Maintain and update client records within Applied EPIC
Perform administrative tasks with strong attention to detail, especially in Excel
Support Account Managers on large, complex accounts, particularly in real estate (a plus!)
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in a Commercial Lines insurance agency
Proficiency in Applied EPIC and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational skills and a team-player attitude
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to client service
Preferred
Exposure to large accounts, particularly real estate risks, is highly preferred
Active P&C license is a plus
Support Account Managers on large, complex accounts, particularly in real estate (a plus!)
