Responsibilities
Install Components into designated locations, and then connecting units via Piping, Tubing and electrically in accordance with the plan drawings
Troubleshoot any design errors and share them with Management and drafter to resolve any issues
Display the ability to understand drawings and purpose for layout, proper Piping and tubing specifications and the ability to cut and thread proper lengths to complete tasks as designed
Light electrical knowledge on proper landing and running of wire
Willingness to learn welding
Display the ability to manage time productively and with a sense of urgency
Promote and practice proper safety procedures and the correct use of personal protective equipment at all times
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of experience in an industrial environment with high temperatures
High School diploma or equivalent required
Able to work independently with strong self-management and professionalism
Able to complete work within assigned deadlines
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis, and lift 100 lbs. occasionally
Work in an industrial environment including extremes in temperature with continuous walking, reaching, bending, and kneeling
Display the ability to understand drawings and purpose for layout, proper Piping and tubing specifications and the ability to cut and thread proper lengths to complete tasks as designed
Light electrical knowledge on proper landing and running of wire
Willingness to learn welding
Display the ability to manage time productively and with a sense of urgency
Promote and practice proper safety procedures and the correct use of personal protective equipment at all times
The successful candidate will also be able to work with newer technicians, apprentices and interns to teach basics skills and knowledge and assist in training other team members
Preferred
Forklift and/or welding experience is a plus
Working knowledge of Grinders, Saws, and threaders is useful
