Holden Industries, Inc. is seeking a Flexographic Press Assistant for their 3rd shift at the Pleasant Prairie, WI Facility. In this role, you will expedite production activities, assist in setup and cleaning tasks, and support press operators while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Review the schedule, coordinate and organize production areas with the required components for the jobs

Assist in setup activities such as plate mounting, installing pans, rollers, anilox, etc

Assist the press operators when needed

Prepare and clean items for the next job such as removal of plate cylinders, metering rollers, etc

Identify defects and segregate appropriately

Understand safety and PPE

Understand Nosco’s quality system and expectations

Qualification

Flexographic printingCGMP environmentPlate mountingMachine interfaceCommunication skills

Required

Able to use a PC and machine interface to gather and enter job related data in a CGMP environment

Participates in good communication with shift personnel

Follows direction for task assignments and remains attentive to changing requirements in a highly productive environment

Able to work overtime to meet internal and customer commitments, some weekends

Provide support with assigned tasks and perform tasks unsupervised to increase overall productivity

Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Work at a computer for extended periods of time

Have manual dexterity for computer work

Long periods of concentration

Speaking, hearing and vision are also essentials to performing job functions

Preferred

1-3 years' experience in the pharmaceutical printing industry
