Responsibilities
Contact delinquent accounts by phone and mail. Take appropriate action to bring accounts current
Analyze financial situation of delinquent borrowers, and make recommendations to repossess collateral when other arrangements to bring the loan current are unsuccessful
Maintain accurate files and reports on all collections activity
Inform management of trends in loan underwriting contributing to delinquent/charged-off loans
Testify at legal proceedings as required
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of similar or related experience
High School Diploma or GED
