Responsibilities

Support the Systems Verification Lead on requirements verification task and scope planning, creating milestones, scheduling/managing competing task priorities, and customer presentations

Strengthen the team’s data analysis, requirements verification, systems integration, software development, and work with internal and external customers

Develop scenarios to support testing, data analysis, and software development

Collaborate with systems engineers to resolve radar technical issues

Required

Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience

Experience MATLAB, Python, C/C++, Linux, and/or Unix

Experience with Doors and System Integration, test, and/or Verification

Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Secret - Current security clearance

Preferred

Ability to compile, summarize, and present data analysis to internal and external stakeholders, including program leadership and external customers and collaborating across engineering functions to drive performance and resolve issues

Experience with risk and opportunity, coach teams in agile and DevSecOps processes, implement (or maintain) agile methodologies, and support execution of the team's backlog including performance analysis and issue investigation

Experience participating in daily standup meetings, monthly sprint reviews, quarterly Program Increment (PI) Planning meetings, retrospectives, and implementing best practices for predicable/repeatable workflows

Support team in removing impediments, estimating task sizing, verifying backlog readiness for planning and execution, tracking/reporting team agile metrics, and facilitating new process and technology integration

Involvement with X-Band Radar analysis tools, hands-on root cause identification, corrective action implementation, systems integration, systems verification, and working with customers to plan and execute program test activities
