Responsibilities
Driving growth with Trainium and Neuron partners, ISVs and customers
Understanding influential partners and solutions that will expand the scope and abilities of Trianium
Developing strategies to onboard partners to AWS AI Chips
Measuring adoption and growth potential to guide investment decisions
Working closely with other GTM specialists in the team and across AWS to promote, attract and drive Trainium and Inferentia user adoption
Identifying strategic opportunities, influential ML libraries and frameworks, and establishing processes to measure ongoing investments
Interacting, communicating, and partnering with teams within AWS and externally with customers and 3rd party model providers
Helping companies/partners understand best practices for operating on AWS
Looking for patterns and trends that can be broadly applied across an industry segment or a set of customers
Qualification
Required
Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences
7+ years of working cross functionally across several teams experience, or a MBA and 4+ years of program or project management experience
9+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience
Experience in business development, account management, product management, project management, financial analysis and/or marketing
Experience with training and deploying machine learning systems to solve large-scale optimizations, or experience driving collaborative projects from conception to delivery
Experience working with fast-moving, high-performance teams and driving innovative solutions tailored to unique business environments
Bachelor's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field, or a CPA and experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence
Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
Experience interfacing with GenAI/ML and partners, with deep understanding of GenAI market landscape, ecosystem, and ability to articulate technology and value proposition
Preferred
Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
