Fenwick & West LLP is seeking a mid-to-senior level fintech regulatory associate to join their Corporate Regulatory group. The role involves advising technology companies on legal, business, and regulatory issues related to online and mobile payments, lending, and blockchain technology.

Five (5) years of payments or banking law experience, including working on bank chartering or money transmission licensing

CA, WA or NY bar preferred, but not required

Superior academic credentials, excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills a must

Experience with, or affinity for blockchain technology companies and cryptocurrency is a positive

Experience working with financial regulators such as the OCC, CFTC, or state financial regulators is a plus
