Responsibilities
Define areas of responsibility and results; map current dev processes and document the status and pain points of ongoing projects
Decide if Kanban, Scrum, or a hybrid fits best; define ceremonies (daily standups, weekly sync, retros, planning) based on team needs
Set up boards in ClickUp to provide a single source of truth and standardize task tracking (backlog, in-progress, done)
Together with management, create roadmap views with milestones, priorities, and dependencies to ensure visibility and trust
Calculate resource gaps (skills, team size) and align hiring plans with roadmap needs to avoid potential benches
Centralize project documentation, decision logs, and onboarding guides to ensure knowledge is preserved and new hires are integrated quickly
Manage the flow of tasks and bugs between internal developers (Frontend/Backend), marketing teams, and external agencies/freelancers
Qualification
Required
3-5 years professional experience as Project Manager
Proven experience implementing project management frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and standardizing workflows
Expert knowledge of Agile & Scrum, including roadmap ownership, backlog prioritization, and risk management
Experience in the Fintech and Web3 industry
High proficiency in ClickUp for task allocation and structured documentation
Proven ability to lead remote teams of developers and collaborate with marketing and stakeholders
A highly independent professional capable of bringing clarity under pressure to complex, scaling environments
Excellent English skills (Minimum C1 level)
