Responsibilities
Own and scale demand generation across digital, content, lifecycle, and performance channels
Help define and evolve the company’s tech-led brand and positioning
Build the foundations of a scalable marketing engine — tools, processes, reporting
Partner closely with Sales and Product to drive pipeline, adoption, and revenue impact
Be both strategic and hands-on in execution during the scale-up phase
Grow into managing budget, agencies, and an in-house team as the business expands
Qualification
Required
5–8 years' experience as a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Manager
Commercially minded and data-driven
Comfortable rolling up your sleeves in a scale-up environment
Excited by building, testing, learning, and iterating
Ambitious about becoming a Head of Marketing, not 'staying mid-level forever'
