They are seeking an Inspector Operator to operate rewinder/inspection equipment, ensuring high-quality production of digital labels while monitoring efficiency and maintaining documentation.

Responsibilities

Actively monitor production efficiency and quality. Complete all documentation and reporting accurately

Troubleshoot machine problems as it pertains to equipment and set up. Perform testing as required and understand what corrective actions could be necessary to achieve passing results

Assist in minimizing the scope of remakes (identifying problems in a timely fashion through attributing)

Perform clean-up/maintenance tasks in accordance with company SOP

Perform and sustain a high rate of productivity. Meet expectations for set up time and run speeds as established by the department leads

Required

Operate a rewinder/inspection asset to perform the final step of digital label production

Produce printed roll labels to meet on time delivery, high quality expectations, and in accordance with all customer specifications in a safe and efficient manner

Package all products and supplies per customer required documentation

Actively monitor production efficiency and quality

Complete all documentation and reporting accurately

Good interpersonal skills to be able to freely communicate with all production staff

Good mechanical background

Lift truck operating experience, at least one year

Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds

Work at a computer for extended periods of time

Manual dexterity for computer work

Long periods of concentration

Speaking, hearing and vision are also essentials to performing job functions
