Responsibilities

Be the technical SME and owner of CRM platform for the Commercial Organization

Provide technical oversight for systems like Veeva Vault PromoMats, Vault Digital Assets Mgmt., Marketo Campaign Mgmt., etc

Help execute strategy for new technologies for optimal customer relationship management processes. Partner with business teams for seamless technology adoption

Administer and Configure IQVIA OCE CRM projects. Enhance/maintain ‘data quality’ in CRM, and monitor DCR as well as HCP Record Validation processes

Enhance Approved Email and Rep Triggered Email features in CRM platform and enhance integration with Veeva Vault

Manage large projects independently and work with offshore development and operations teams

Required

Bachelor's degree in Technical or Quantitative field required

At least 5-7 years' hands-on experience in Salesforce / Veeva /OCE platforms on configuration and customization with understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and data analytics to enhance CRM capabilities

At least 5 years' experience leading technical aspects of projects and delivering applications for Sales & Marketing teams is required

Ability to develop and help implement strategic plans for integrating emerging Tech into the CRM for improved customer engagement, streamline processes, and drive business growth

Understanding of concepts related to Master Data Management and Data Warehousing is required

Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements

Strong understanding of end-to-end software development process, and system development lifecycle is required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to enhance IT – Business partnership required

Preferred

Certification in Salesforce Administration is preferred

Project Management certification (PMP or Agile methodologies) is desired
