Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members during the morning huddle and discuss sales goals for the day
Greet and develop rapport with members who enter the financial center or call on the telephone
Answer a member's question about the auto loan application process
Ask a member open-ended questions about their financial goals and recommend products and services based on their needs
Follow up with a member who recently opened an account
Chat briefly with your manager to discuss wins, challenges and progress on sales goals
Call members to share a new promotion for which they may qualify

Required

High school diploma (or equivalent)
At least one year of experience working specifically in a sales position selling products and/or services
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Positive attitude
