Responsibilities

Leads multiple high-impact software and cloud programs with strategic importance
Drives adoption of PMO and Agile best practices to support scalable growth and technical excellence across the organization
Executes PMO strategy across software development and cloud architecture initiatives
Manages cross-functional resources, resolves technical and organizational blockers, influences stakeholder decisions, and communicates program status and outcomes with clarity and precision
Oversee program team execution, set schedules, assign tasks, coach and motivate team members

Required

Bachelor of Science
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional software and cloud development teams
Proficiency in Agile and Program Management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
Proven ability to manage multiple complex software and cloud programs concurrently, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and technical milestones
Hands-on experience coordinating across hardware, software, and cloud architecture teams, with a strong understanding of SDLC and CI/CD pipelines
Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on identifying technical risks early and driving resolution through collaboration and data-driven analysis

Preferred

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
Experience in AV/IT or building management technology industry
