Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to customers to provide support and information regarding products and services
Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately during customer interactions
Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to assist a diverse customer base
Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience
Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Utilize phone etiquette to maintain professionalism during all customer communications
Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for improving service delivery
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service quality and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish are preferred for effective customer engagement
Previous experience in customer support or a related field is highly desirable
Proficient in cash handling with attention to detail for accurate transactions
Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Familiarity with computerized systems for managing customer information is essential
