Qualdoc is a well-established precision sheet metal manufacturer with over 40 years in the industry. They are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various types of production and facility equipment to ensure consistent and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on equipment such as CNC lasers, turret punch presses, panel benders, welding machines, ovens, and powder coating systems

Install, relocate, and maintain machinery and facility systems including air compressors and dust collection units

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

Use hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and welding/fabrication tools

Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, lubrication, and minor plumbing/welding tasks

Maintain accurate records, manage parts inventory, and adhere to safety protocols (e.g., Lockout/Tagout)

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to coordinate repairs and source materials
