This role focuses on executing high-quality financial analysis and reporting for buy-side and sell-side transactions, collaborating with private equity firms, lenders, and corporate clients.

Responsibilities
Execute financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital market transactions
Analyze key areas of the Income Statement and Balance Sheet to identify risks and business drivers
Lead assessments of net working capital, debt and debt-like items, and operational metrics
Draft and deliver Quality of Earnings reports and other transaction advisory deliverables
Develop tailored reports addressing normalized earnings, valuation inputs, budget achievability, indebtedness, and carve-out financials
Collaborate with senior stakeholders on client deliverables and engagement execution
Participate in proposal development and client calls as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; advanced degree a plus
7+ years of experience in financial due diligence, audit, or transaction advisory
CPA preferred or in progress
Strong command of US GAAP, GAAS, and SEC reporting standards
