Validate and transform data according to business rules
Collaborate with technical teams to finalize data loading plans
Manage key activities and milestones related to data loading
Support testing and deployment teams in resolving data issues
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
12 years of experience in data migration and loading
Expertise in Maximo 7 and above product
Proficiency in defining MLR data structures and data mapping
Strong coordination skills with various stakeholders
Preferred
Experience with EAM systems and data loading templates
Ability to manage data quality and consistency across Maximo modules
Familiarity with data validation and error triaging processes
