Responsibilities
Implementing commodity-specific business plans, ensuring supplier compliance with Our Client’s quality, delivery, capacity, and warranty standards
Serving as the primary technical interface between Our Client and its suppliers
Supporting product launches, driving issue resolution, and ensuring zero disruption to vehicle production
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Quality Management
Problem Solving
PPAP processes
APQP
Automotive industry experience
5+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or supplier management
5+ years of experience in one or more but not limited to the following manufacturing processes: Casting, Machining, Forging, Stamping, Welding, Plastic/Rubber Molding, Brazing, Sintering, Automated/Manual Assembly Process, Controls Automation programming, Paint, Chroming, SMC
Proven experience in PPAP, APQP, and quality systems
Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
STA Site Electronics
Ability to travel frequently to supplier sites up to 70%
Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
Preferred
Working knowledge of Our Client's systems and standards (e.g., Q1)
Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification
