Provide clerical and select administrative services that facilitate unit operations
Support the delivery of care to patients/ residents requiring care including administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, maintaining patient charts, completing various reports, and other related duties
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent G.E.D required
Reliable transportation required
Preferred
Previous clerical or unit clerk experience or student nurse experience
