Responsibilities

Represent clients in workers' compensation defense cases, including claim investigations, hearings, and appeals

Advise employers and third-party administrators on workers' compensation law and claim management

Draft legal pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements

Conduct discovery, including depositions and subpoenas

Participate in case strategy meetings and collaborate with senior/partner attorneys to develop defense strategies

Manage a caseload of workers' compensation cases from inception to resolution

Represent clients at workers' compensation hearings and before the Workers' Compensation Commission
