Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, public policy or a related field
At least five to ten years of increasingly responsible experience as a senior level government director
Demonstrated success in budgeting and finance
Management experience
Experience in economic development and redevelopment
Knowledge of water and sewer systems
Experience in strategic planning
Knowledge of and experience with intergovernmental relations
Proven ability to manage multiple projects from conception to completion, on time and within a budget

Preferred

Master's degree
ICMA certification
