They are seeking a Guest Service Representative/Front Desk Clerk to ensure guest satisfaction and revenue optimization through check-in, check-out, and coordination of hotel services.

Responsibilities
Ensure guest satisfaction and revenue optimization through check‐in, check‐out and the coordination of hotel services
Respond to guest reservations requests, answer telephones and respond appropriately to requests, and handle any guest compliments or complaints and take action deemed necessary
Handle cash, make change, and balance an assigned house bank
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent GED
Demonstrate excellent organizational skills
Demonstrate excellent communication skills
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills
Preferred
Prior hotel and hospitality experience
