Responsibilities
Analyze and prepare electronic entry documents
Analyze and key information from documents into the operating system
Manage workflow tasks
Document tracking
Create entry packets by maintaining and combining electronic documents
File turnover preparation
Entering billing / notes as needed
Perform tasks according to internal and external SOPs in a timely and accurate manner
Comply with company C-TPAT and TSA security procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Time management skills and ability to work with high volumes of tasks on tight deadlines
Ability to compare and analyze data on electronic documents
Excellent verbal and written communication
High attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret general business documents
Ability to write routine reports and general business correspondence
Ability to work with peers and communicate basic concepts
Ability to solve practical problems through standardized solutions that require limited judgment
Ability to follow prescribed and detailed procedures to solve routine problems
Must be eligible to work in the United States

Candidates who receive a job offer will be required to successfully pass a drug screen and a background check
Minimum of a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 0-2 years of experience handling large amounts of data and documents preferred
A combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration
