Responsibilities
Analyze financial and operational data from multiple sources to produce clear, actionable insights
Support and manage standardized daily, weekly, and monthly Revenue Cycle reporting
Assist in setting performance goals and monitoring productivity metrics
Conduct financial opportunity assessments at the system, facility, and payor levels to improve cash flow and net revenue
Develop and maintain financial models related to Revenue Cycle performance
Identify, quantify, and prioritize opportunities to enhance revenue realization and cash collection
Support strategic initiatives aimed at improving overall Revenue Cycle efficiency
Enable benchmarking and comparative reporting of key Revenue Cycle metrics across facilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely data reporting
Synthesize and communicate key findings to senior leadership and functional teams
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Proven experience in financial analysis, account reconciliation, and data collection
Hands-on experience with Revenue Cycle operations or healthcare financial systems
Proficiency in data synthesis, benchmarking, and management reporting
Knowledge of healthcare collections and reimbursement processes
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
