Developing project management plans and project schedules

Reviewing contractor proposals and providing recommendations to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)

Monitoring and reporting project status

Required

Must possess at least three to five (3-5) years of relevant experience in site and building facility security construction

Highly competent in reading and understanding construction drawings and specifications and knowledgeable in standard construction industry practices

Proficient in MS Office Suite

Demonstrated effectiveness in professional communications, both verbal and written

Possess an active Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret level Security Clearance (minimum)
