Diverse Lynx is a company seeking an SAP FICO Consultant to lead and participate in SAP FICO implementation projects. The consultant will be responsible for configuration, testing, and ongoing support of SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead and participate in SAP FICO implementation projects, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support
Configure and customize SAP FICO modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis) to meet business requirements
Develop and maintain configuration documentation
Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement
Design and document new business processes related to SAP FICO
Develop and execute test plans and scenarios to ensure the quality of SAP FICO solutions
Provide end-user training and support
Create and maintain training materials
Provide ongoing support for SAP FICO modules, including troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and implementing enhancements
Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization
Stay up to date on the latest SAP FICO releases and best practices
Work with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP, Bank) to ensure seamless integration across the enterprise
Develop and maintain integration documentation
Create and maintain all necessary documentation, including functional specifications, technical specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
Proven experience in at least 3 full lifecycle SAP FICO implementations and AMS Project
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
Expert knowledge of SAP FICO modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing)
Strong configuration skills in SAP FICO in areas
Experience with SAP integration technologies (e.g., IDOCs, APIs)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred
SAP Certified Application Associate - Financial Accounting with SAP ERP
SAP Certified Application Associate - Management Accounting with SAP ERP
