Responsibilities

Develop understanding of the business context associated with value creation, translate financial and non-financial data into business opportunities
Understand the financial challenges and strategically influence them to deliver options to meet financial targets
Drive business performance, continuous productivity improvements and standardization across the organizational area
Accountable for timely and high-quality financial reporting, analysis and metrics to key stakeholders
Driving one set of numbers across all financial reports
Own and provide financial information and expertise to inform and challenge the organizational strategy
Drive investment plans and budget/forecasting process
Accountable for the analysis and interpretation of financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry and economic conditions
Coach the organization to increase financial awareness in their approach to business decisions

Required

Strong business understanding and a good understanding and interest in a global context
Finance background and strong analytical abilities and on top a structured, reliable personality supporting you in planning, executing and prioritizing activities
Attention to detail as well keeping focus on the high level and acknowledge that follow-up is needed for success, and strive to continuously improve performance
Proactive self-starter, strong good drive, focused and prioritize in order to get the job done while keeping calm
Strong interpersonal and communication skills enables you to build relations and challenge business in a positive and pragmatic and collaborative way
Fluent in French and English
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint experience at super-user level
Able to work independently with minimum supervision, make suggestions on best practice and improving current processes and procedures
Can think independently of creative solutions to problems
Able to analyze large volumes of data and clearly communicate findings
Willingly cooperate with the others towards the same goals and objectives
Effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Able to prioritize, plan ahead and achieve objectives within strict deadlines
Confident liaising and influencing at all levels within a business
Able to work with a diverse team and bring colleagues with them
Able to communicate complexity clearly
