Responsibilities
Chair of the Finance & Business Committee: We’re seeking a commercially experienced accountant with strong financial oversight skills. Your leadership will help ensure our financial decisions are fair, transparent and aligned with our mission to support diverse communities
Chair of the Quality & People Committee: We’re looking for someone with significant experience in adult social care. Your insight will help ensure our services remain safe, high‑quality and rooted in dignity, respect and inclusion
Trustee with Housing Investment or Asset Management Experience: Your expertise will help shape our housing development and investment strategy - expanding accessible, inclusive supported living options for people across the North
Trustee with Housing Compliance Experience: We’re seeking someone with knowledge of regulatory compliance in housing. Your understanding of fairness, accountability and resident rights will help us maintain the highest standards
Qualification
Required
Chair of the Finance & Business Committee: commercially experienced accountant with strong financial oversight skills
Chair of the Quality & People Committee: significant experience in adult social care
Trustee with Housing Investment or Asset Management Experience: expertise in shaping housing development and investment strategy
Trustee with Housing Compliance Experience: knowledge of regulatory compliance in housing
Preferred
Lived experience, cultural insight, professional journey, identity, and voice that contribute to better, more inclusive decisions
