Responsibilities

Maintain and support the Blue Yonder Category Knowledge Base (CKB) suite and related modules

Perform routine updates and minor upgrades to ensure system stability and performance

Troubleshoot issues efficiently, identify root causes, and implement timely resolutions to minimize operational impact

Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams (e.g., Citrix, Desktop Virtualization, Database Administration) to resolve system challenges and enhance performance

Partner with business teams to address issues related to Blue Yonder infrastructure, architecture, and environments

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Blue Yonder technologies, providing technical guidance to internal teams and stakeholders

Stay current on Blue Yonder advancements and assess their potential impact on the existing environment

Ensure adherence to security protocols and data protection standards

Manage internal technical communications and support ticket resolution processes

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field

A minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience in enterprise systems analysis or technical leadership roles

Proven experience as a Blue Yonder Technical Lead or in a similar role managing the Blue Yonder Category Knowledge Base (CKB) suite

Deep understanding of Blue Yonder Category Knowledge Base architecture, configuration, and customization, including: Category Knowledge Base (CKB), Space Planning, Floor Planning, Open Access, Data Manager, Image Server, Publishing Server, Batch Server, Database Commands, Planogram Generator, SA Pro

Proficiency in related technologies and platforms: SQL, Oracle, Server Administration, Single Sign-On (SSO), Windows OS, Batch Processing, VBA, Python, Power BI

Demonstrated ability to perform system upgrades and updates within the Blue Yonder suite

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for resolving complex technical issues

Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams
