Responsibilities
Play a critical role in leading and managing engineering projects
Ensure the successful execution and delivery of projects
Report directly to the Project Manager
Impact the company's ability to deliver high-quality, innovative, and technologically advanced engineering solutions
Drive execution on the existing military platforms
Engage with the introduction and adoption of new technologies in support of Honeywell 360 Display, Militarized Anthem flight decks, and unmanned operations
Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture
Qualification
Required
Expertise in project management
Technical leadership
Collaboration with cross-functional teams
Ability to deliver high-quality, innovative, and technologically advanced engineering solutions
