Project/ Program Leader

Responsibilities
Lead diverse and global projects from initiation to successful completion
Facilitate and guide internal and customer-facing project team meetings across cultures and geographies
Develop accountability within the team to ensure timely task completion
Handle and communicate project scope, schedule, resources, and finances to key interested parties
Implement effective risk management and issue resolution strategies
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and maintain crucial project documentation
Spearhead external collaboration initiatives
Engage and communicate with stakeholders and leadership to keep the project aligned with their goals
Apply project management tools (e.g., MS Project) to maintain accurate project schedules and resource allocation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., bioproduction, biochemistry, chemical engineering, biotechnology, biology, or chemistry)
3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in product development
PMP or equivalent certification is beneficial
Proficiency and knowledge of continuous improvement principles such as PPI 8-Step Problem Solving Process or equivalent is beneficial
Strong organizational and planning abilities
Excellent interpersonal and meeting facilitation skills
Demonstrated ability to navigate and resolve conflicts in a team environment
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel, Project, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience leading teams in a design control and change management environment is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
