Responsibilities

The System Administrator will mainly be responsible for administering and optimizing the Everbridge platform by managing user access, configuring notification workflows, integrating with business systems, monitoring performance, and resolving technical issues
This position will also be responsible for leading governance, documentation, and change management efforts while coordinating with stakeholders, providing training, and ensuring data integrity and compliance across crisis response operations

Required

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in Information Systems, Communications, Technical, or Security fields is Required
5+ years of experience with Crisis Management Tools (preferably Everbridge) is Required
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools is Required
