Responsibilities

Assist in creating and scheduling email marketing campaigns (newsletters, announcements, and promotions)
Help write and edit email copy, subject lines, and CTAs
Support the editing of podcasts and short-form video clips for social media
Create engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X
Add captions, subtitles, and basic edits to social media clips
Help repurpose podcast and email content into social media posts
Track basic performance metrics and assist with reporting

Required

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
Relevant internship, freelance, or project-based experience in email or social media marketing
Strong interest in email marketing and content creation
Strong written communication skills
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow

Preferred

Basic experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
Familiarity with video/audio editing tools (CapCut, Descript, Canva, Adobe, etc.)
