They are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Office Assistant to support one of their Division Leaders, providing administrative support and ensuring smooth office operations.

Responsibilities
Provide direct administrative support to a Division Leader, including scheduling, email management, and meeting preparation
Act as the go-to person in the office for day-to-day needs, helping ensure smooth operations
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships as needed
Support mortgage operations teams with clerical tasks such as data entry, document organization, and file management
Coordinate travel, meetings, and events for leadership
Assist with internal communications and help streamline processes for efficiency
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort learning new systems
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Professional, positive, and proactive attitude
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Previous experience as an office assistant, executive assistant, or office manager preferred
