Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert on AI
Proactively identify opportunities with emerging companies to support AI development efforts
Evaluate opportunities, identify risks, and lead transaction diligence efforts and execution
Manage and seek ways to expand relationships with existing strategic partners
Collaborate with internal Amazon teams to identify emerging use-cases and pursue partnerships that could accelerate our GTM efforts
Work across stakeholder teams who advise and support decisions and deals

Required

5+ years of professional or military experience
5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
