The primary purpose of this position is to ensure guest satisfaction and revenue optimization through check-in, check-out, and coordination of hotel services.

Ensure guest satisfaction and revenue optimization through check‐in, check‐out and the coordination of hotel services
Responds to guest reservations requests
Answers telephones and responds appropriately to requests
Handles any guest compliments or complaints and takes action deemed necessary
Handles cash, makes change, and balances an assigned house bank
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent GED
Demonstrate excellent organizational skills
Demonstrate excellent communication skills
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills
Preferred
Prior hotel and hospitality experience
