They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support junior-role hiring, candidate pipeline building, and recruitment operations in a fast-paced tech environment.

Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Responsibilities

Build and maintain candidate pipelines for junior-level roles through proactive sourcing

Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and ATS updates with high accuracy

Coordinate assessments, hiring logistics, and prepare weekly pipeline status updates

Support sourcing experiments and market mapping to broaden talent outreach

Assist in employer branding and recruitment operations initiatives when needed

Required

Ability to commit full-time or at least 3 days/week for a minimum of 3 months (Jan–May/June)
