Responsibilities

Lead an engineering team working to transition designs to production for a very important sector priority program with many time-critical elements and high management visibility
Interface with Engineering & Program Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Mission Assurance
Brief internal and potentially external customer leadership on progress
Perform in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and collaborative/team settings
The selected candidates are expected to be self-motivated, highly organized, and detail oriented and possess effective verbal and written communication skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM-related discipline with 8 years of industry experience, or master's degree and 6 years industry experience (with a BS in STEM)
Must have a current/active Secret clearance. Secret clearance is required to start. Must be able to maintain this level of clearance and obtain and maintain a SAP clearance for continued employment
General Knowledge of Test Equipment design and manufacturing
1-year minimum as an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead or equivalent where responsibilities included: project planning, cost & schedule management including tracking, team tasking / leadership, and status reporting
1-year minimum working experience with knowledge of Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing Material Processing

Preferred

Experience moving hardware through the BWI factory and test
Experience reporting project status to program, functional management and customers
Knowledge of the Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
Experience driving recovery through development and execution of return to green plans
Knowledge of Risk and Opportunity management
PMP certification a plus
Active and current Top Secret government clearance a plus
