Responsibilities
Deliver an exceptional executive candidate experience from interview through offer and start date
Coordinate and schedule all interview activities (phone, video, in-person, and travel)
Partner with executive recruiters, leaders, admins, and agencies to meet tight timelines and priorities
Support hiring strategy sessions, candidate debriefs, offer letters, and new-hire documentation
Initiate and track background checks, drug screens, I-9 compliance, and onboarding activities
Manage requisitions, candidate status updates, and compliance activities in Workday
Track multiple high-priority requests while handling confidential information with discretion
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in a coordinator or executive support role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Workday (basic to intermediate functions)
Executive presence and professionalism, especially in on-camera interactions
Ability to work with urgency, manage competing priorities, and meet critical deadlines
Quiet, dedicated remote work environment and availability to work EST hours
