Responsibilities

Own paid search and paid social strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta platforms including Facebook and Instagram
Lead campaign planning, structure, execution, and optimization across full funnel initiatives
Translate client business objectives into actionable paid media strategies and KPIs
Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, beta opportunities, and industry trends, proactively applying learnings to client programs
Partner with analytics and ad operations teams to ensure accurate tracking, measurement, and attribution
Serve as a senior paid media point of contact for assigned clients
Confidently present paid media strategies, performance insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
Contribute to client strategy reviews, look backs, and planning sessions with clear, actionable insights rather than data summaries
Collaborate closely with Account Services, Creative, Production, and PR teams to ensure integrated execution
Directly manage and mentor Paid Search and Paid Social specialists
Set clear expectations, workflows, and performance standards for the team
Review work for quality, strategic alignment, and adherence to best practices
Provide coaching, feedback, and professional development to help team members grow their technical and strategic skill sets
Support hiring, onboarding, and training efforts as the team scales
Develop, document, and implement repeatable paid media processes, SOPs, and QA frameworks
Ensure consistent campaign builds, optimizations, pacing checks, and reporting standards
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance across accounts
Foster a culture of organization, accountability, and continuous improvement

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns, with at least 2 to 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads is required
Strong understanding of full funnel marketing and how paid media supports broader brand and performance goals
Google Ads certification required
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and process-oriented thinking
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced agency environment with multiple clients and priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Meta Blueprint certification preferred
Experience with analytics and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics and dashboarding tools preferred
Microsoft Office preferred
