Responsibilities

Work as a liaison between the Tech Support department and Clients
Set up and schedule software installations
Process warranties once client sign on for software
Document and update client notes in CRM
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, via phone, email, or chat
Identify customer technical issues and work to resolve
Update call log with information regarding technical issues and client interactions
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Gather customer feedback and share with team members

Required

1+ years of Technical Support experience and providing customer service support
Experience utilizing a CRM Tech support ticketing system
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint Excel and Outlook)
Knowledge of how to operate MS Windows and knowledge of network functions
Knowledge of computer hardware
Strong communication skills, customer service support
Ability to be trained easily on software
Knowledge of network functions, various software systems and computer hardware
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills in person, over the phone and on TEAMS
Experience using a help desk software and remote support tools
Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to provide concise information to clients
