Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and execute Selenium automated test scripts for internal desktop and web-based applications
Review business-provided test cases and translate them into stable, scalable automated tests
Support API testing initiatives as the team expands automation coverage
Perform basic SQL querying to retrieve, validate, and stage test data in the automation database
Collaborate with a team of 4–5 automation engineers working on the same platform
Test exclusively in lower/test automation environments (no production access)
Work with cross-functional partners to ensure automation aligns with business requirements and testing standards
Qualification
Required
Must have a Bachelors (computer science, engineering or related field)
2+ years of hands-on Selenium automation experience
Experience with automated testing frameworks in a professional environment
SQL skills (basic level): querying data, pulling records, inserting data, general data validation
Ability to translate manual test cases into automated scripts
Strong understanding of software testing best practices and QA methodologies
C# / .NET combined with Selenium (highly preferred)
Java experience is acceptable if C#/.NET is limited
Experience with API test automation
Preferred
Exposure to Tricentis Tosca (big plus, not required)
