JAKTOOL is looking for a Senior Quality Engineer (Metrology / CMM) responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet the highest standards of quality. The role involves developing quality control procedures, analyzing quality metrics, and collaborating with teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures, inspection methods and measurement strategies to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality

Work closely with production teams to identify potential quality issues and develop solutions to resolve them

Analyze data on quality metrics such as defect rates and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement

Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure that products are designed with quality in mind

Conduct audits and inspections of products and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Provide training to employees on quality control procedures and best practices

Work with suppliers to ensure that their products meet our quality standards

Participate in cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

Lead problem-solving initiatives using advanced root cause analysis and statistical techniques to drive long-term process improvements

Serve as a technical expert for dimensional measurement, GD&T interpretation, and inspection system optimization
