Responsibilities
Deliver top-tier, unscripted white-glove service via phone, email, and chat
Proficiently navigate carrier websites, HubSpot CRM, SMS, and other omnichannel functions
Tactfully handle conflict resolutions and expertly de-escalate client situations
Establish and nurture positive client relationships, ensuring all inquiries, cancellations, and confirmations are adeptly managed
Document daily challenges and corrective actions in the call-center database
Use insights from call-center data to suggest continuous improvement strategies
Uphold Delos' unparalleled standard of client service and support
Drive continuous process enhancements using feedback and data
Cultivate a thorough knowledge of our insurance products to serve clients effectively
Qualification
Required
Valid California Property & Casualty Insurance License
Stable High-Speed Internet connection suitable for VOIP
Quiet Work-from-Home setup
Genuine passion for customer service and effective interpersonal skills
Technical proficiency with platforms such as Slack, Gmail, G-Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft 365, HubSpot CRM, Zoom, and more
Physical capabilities: Regular keyboarding, sharp vision, and ability to communicate using a headset
In support of career development and team continuity, internal candidates must have a minimum of nine (9) months in their current role to be eligible for consideration
