Experience in manufacturing discipline

Clearance: Must be able to obtain a SECRET security clearance

Mid to Senior Level: 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience

Senior Level: 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience

Senior Lead Level: 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience

Preferred

8 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Master's in related field; or 5 years relevant experience with PhD in related field

Master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant technical field

Experience working within Department of Defense contracts

Experience leading teams and managing budgets

Experience making significant decisions for business

Experience in leading risk management efforts

Experience in an R&D to production manufacturing discipline

Experience in high energy laser programs

Relationships with directed energy customers and industry players

Clearance: Active SECRET security clearance
