Responsibilities

Wholesale Channel Acquisition: Secure and scale partnerships with top dealership groups, integrating Lectron products into standard vehicle inventory, F&I offerings, and point-of-sale programs

Own the Full Sales Cycle: Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close new high-volume dealership accounts

Direct Executive Reporting: Provide accurate forecasts, pipeline visibility, and competitive insights directly to the C- Team

Required

5+ years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated track record of selling into automotive dealerships or dealer groups

Leverage existing or create new relationships with decision-makers at major dealership groups and automotive retailers including AutoNation, Lithia, Penske, and Sonic

Understanding of EV charging products or related automotive accessories

Proven ability to negotiate with dealership principals and corporate buyers

Highly disciplined and comfortable owning the full sales lifecycle—from initial engagement through post-sale rollout—in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
