Accreditation Program Manager

The Accreditation Program Manager will collaborate with the Director of Quality & Risk Management to ensure compliance with accreditation standards and state and federal regulations, while also managing functions to prepare for external accreditation standards.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Quality, Risk and safety leaders/specialists to ensure compliance with accreditation standards, and state and federal regulations
Assist in analyzing clinical processes, identify potential risks for patients and develop strategies to maximize safety, effectiveness and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Upon hire: CSHA (Certified Specialist in Healthcare Accreditation), or must obtain within 1 year of hire
California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire
3 years experience in an acute care facility
2 years experience working with accreditation standards, and state and federal regulations
Patient experience
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare related field
Upon hire: Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
