Responsibilities
Manage and facilitate pricing reviews to ensure alignment with established policies and approval standards, including oversight of complex pricing scenarios
Apply advanced analytical techniques to support pricing analysis, reporting, and decision-making
Contribute to pricing strategy development while providing project leadership as needed
Partner with internal stakeholders across departments and business units to resolve issues and drive outcomes
Maintain and update pricing-related documentation, including assumptions, cost structures, and overhead allocations
Act as a point of escalation for pricing-related inquiries and provide guidance to other members of the pricing team
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing, estimation, or related financial analysis roles
Experience working within a complex, cross-functional or matrixed environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Client- and business-oriented mindset
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred
Strategic planning and analytical decision-making experience
Financial modeling and forecasting expertise
Market research and competitive analysis experience
Master's degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline
