Responsibilities

Create new recruiting strategies
Managing a recruiting pipeline of candidates
Screen candidates
Conduct phone and video interviews
Translate recruiting material in verbal and written formats
Perform and review background checks
Initiate onboarding
Post jobs on various channels
Complete various team requests

Qualification

High Volume RecruitingBilingual (English/Spanish)Applicant Tracking SystemsTime ManagementInterpersonal SkillsEffective CommunicationCritical Thinking

Required

1+ year of experience as a recruiter
English and Spanish verbal fluency - must be able to switch between the two without the use of a translator program
Excellent time management
Strong work ethic
High Volume Recruiting - must be able to handle stress and heavy workloads effectively
Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases (Breezy HR and Paylocity preferred)
Proven computer skills
Great interpersonal skills
Effective communication skills

Preferred

Knowledge of Airtable is a plus
