EHS Coordinator
Cynet Systems is seeking an EHS Coordinator to support their Environmental, Health & Safety programs. The role involves implementing and maintaining EHS initiatives, conducting safety walkthroughs, and coordinating emergency response activities.

Responsibilities
Support implementation and maintenance of EHS programs
Conduct safety walkthroughs and review equipment or processes for compliance
Coordinate emergency response activities and participate as an emergency response team member
Plan and assist with site drills and evaluations
Oversee chemical and biological waste programs and ensure compliance with procedures
Manage near-miss and good observation programs
Assist with incident response, investigation, and follow-up tracking
Prepare monthly EHS training materials and maintain training schedules
Maintain EHS scorecards, reports, chemical inventories, SDS records, and training logs
Assist with sustainability initiatives and environmental permitting
Support procurement, vendor coordination, documentation management, and compliance assessments
Provide EHS guidance to employees and participate in site and regional EHS projects
Qualification
Required
Ability to support EHS programs and compliance initiatives
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities
1–3 years of experience in Environmental, Health & Safety or related field
Experience with recordkeeping, reporting, and regulatory compliance tasks
Preferred
Experience supporting EHS programs, incident management, emergency response, or training preferred
Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health & Safety or related field preferred
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong organizational, documentation, and reporting skills
Ability to interpret and follow EHS standards and procedures
